My partner and I were recently referred to Urs Dubach to assist us with replacing a Certina watch that was stolen during a burglary. Unfortunately there were no local agents for Certina in New Zealand and we were not prepared to purchase a \branded\ watch off the internet with the risk of purchasing a poor imitation. We contacted Certina directly through their website and were pointed in Urs direction. He was extremely helpful and reassuring. Provided us with all the information we needed with clear instructions and in a timely manner. Es ist mir ein Rätsel wie die ganzen 5-Sterne Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind. Einen unfreundlicheren Uhrmacher habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht getroffen und ich bin Sammler von Omega-Uhren. Die Dame im Laden hat sich zwar bemüht mildernd einzugreifen, aber mit wenig Erfolg.
Sehr kompetente Beratung. Äussest freundliche Geschäftsinhaber. Gemütlicher heimeliger Verkaufsraum. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Mit viel Herzblut und hohem Engagement werde ich hier jeweils beraten. Die Dubachs sind Dienstleister, wie man sie sich wünscht: freundlich, kompetent, qualitätsbewusst mit Sinn für Schönes. Und meine Dubach-Uhr ist eine fantastische Rarität, auf die ich sehr stolz bin!
